报告选项

世纪挑战集团鼓励举报所有性骚扰事件, 性侵犯,  关系不端. Deciding whether to report an incident is a personal and often difficult decision. There are options available to you in this decision process and individuals can choose any or all of the following options. 第九章协调员 will respond to all reports promptly in order to provide you with options and resources.

  • You are encouraged to speak to a 第九条 coordinator to learn about your options and seek supportive measures.

报告选项

 You are encouraged to report and may utilize any or all of the following options:

  • 向世纪挑战公司第九条协调员投诉. This begins an administrative process that could result in college-related sanctions. 这不是刑事诉讼.
  • 向适当的执法机构报告.  This could result in criminal action being taken, such as criminal charges.

  • Any formal complaint that arises from a report to the 第九条 Coordinator would be a part of an administrative process that could result in college-related sanctions. 这不能也不会导致刑事指控.

  • A party should contact the 第九条 Coordinator if they are interested in supportive measures. Supportive measures may be provided even if the reporting party does not want to file a formal complaint. “支持性措施”指的是非惩戒性措施, non-punitive individualized services designed to restore or preserve equal access to the College’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party.   • Intake: The 第九条 Coordinator will assist the reporting party with making choices and accessing resources. Assuming the reporting party chooses to move forward with a college resolution, 下一步是初步调查.

  • Preliminary Inquiry: An initial determination is made about the allegations and whether to move them forward to a formal investigation. This decision is made by the 第九条 coordinator who takes into account the nature of the allegations and the reporting party’s wishes. If the decision is made to move forward, the coordinator refers the allegations to investigators.

  • Investigations:  Trained investigators will provide an investigation that is prompt, 彻底的, 可靠的, 公平的, 公平公正. They will interview reporting and responding parties and 目击者 and prepare reports with their findings.

  • Hearing: The College will conduct a hearing to determine whether or not there was a violation of college policy.

  • This could result in criminal action being taken such as criminal charges. This cannot and will not result in college-related sanctions and/or action.

  • You may report by contacting your local law enforcement or by speaking with OPE电子竞技官网学院警察 (针对校园事件).
